This past year has been one of the hardest of my life, but for all the growth that has taken place it makes it all worth it. What is that saying, "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger"? Just know that no matter what gloomy moments you may be living through... God will shine through that gloom. Hard isn't where most of us want to have to go, but hard isn't so bad when you have a soft place to fall... thank-You Papa for being here to catch me.
"Do not remember the former things; neither consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." - Isaiah 43:18-19

I'm so thankful that I can go into the new year knowing God is there. I just found out this morning that my SIL has breast cancer. Another SIL died of this one year ago, and it's hard news to hear. But - God is with us!
